Senior Director of Sales, Canada

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Sales to lead our commercial efforts in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Canadian market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior buying teams at key retailers, including Shopper's Drug Mart and Walmart Canada
- Lead and manage a commercial team to ensure effective execution of sales plans and strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans
- 15-20+ years of experience in sales and commercial leadership roles in the beauty industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue in the Canadian market
- Strong relationships with senior buying teams at key retailers
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
