Senior Director of Sales, Canada

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Director of Sales, Canada to lead and drive the commercial performance for our multi-brand portfolio of brands, e.l.f. Cosmetics and e.l.f. Skincare, in the Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Leadership: Develop and execute short and long-term growth strategies, joint business plans, and spearhead relevant commercial initiatives to elevate the visibility and prominence of our brands across retailer platforms.
- Channel and Market Distribution Strategy: Lead the channel and market distribution strategy in Canada, helping to expand, strengthen, and grow our business in existing partners, as well as identify potential new areas of commercial opportunity.
- Retailer Negotiations: Oversee all relevant retailer negotiations pertaining to both existing and new partners, including sales and revenue goals, margin, and retailer profitability.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a local account management team and work cross-functionally with key partners across the business to ensure the needs of the business are elevated and fully supported.
- Beauty Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a proven track record of success in a sales or commercial role in the Canadian market.
- Leadership and Negotiation Skills: Outstanding industry reputation, established relationships with senior players at both Shopper's Drug Mart and Walmart Canada, and success building high-performing teams.
- P&L Management: Proven experience in P&L management, budgetary ownership, and development, with a strong understanding of retail sales, revenue, and profit goals.
