Join our team as a Director of Sales and Marketing at The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, a world-class resort in the heart of Banff National Park. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and collaborate with Regional Sellers to grow and develop new accounts and markets from the Group, Consortia, Tour, and FIT segments.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and tactics that align with the hotel's strategic plan and re-positioning.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including content creation, analytics, and preparation of seasonal tactical plans for the property.
- Manage Public Relations initiatives, working in collaboration with the Director of PR and Regional Director of PR to leverage National/International opportunities.
- Develop meaningful and strategic partnerships with local and external organizations to further brand/product awareness.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required and analyze external reports and resources to establish the hotel's market position.
- Five years of luxury hotel sales experience, with experience in resort locations a strong asset.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in advertising and promotional activities.
- Creative, effective, and passionate individual with a high level of professionalism and human relation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree and/or Hotel Management degree an asset.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Teams, PPT), Opera, S&C/SFA experience, and administrative skills.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours required.
