Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation and service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work under pressure and in a physically demanding environment.
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
