Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance product offerings.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, launch, and maintain retail insurance products that meet customer needs and exceed market expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to inform product decisions.
- Analyze customer data and market research to develop insights that inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, operations, and risk management, to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, channel distribution management, or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with software programs, Microsoft Office Suite, and other tools commonly used in product management.
- Innovative approach to product development, with a focus on delivering value-based propositions that meet customer needs.

- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Work Arrangement
