Job Description for Administrative Officer

Pioneer Cruises is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining the office environment.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
