Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor Lead to join our team at ADR Truck & Trailer Repair. As a key member of our operations, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of our customer service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, assign, and review tasks for the customer service team
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • College/CEGEP diploma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required
  • Ability to work on site at our physical location
