Customer Service Supervisor Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our team and provide exceptional support to our customers.
About the Role:- This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role with a proven track record of success in customer-facing environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage conflict and resolve customer complaints.
- Bilingualism (English and French) required.
- Degree: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work.
- 35 hours per week.
- Permanent employment.
- Salary estimate: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
- Bilingual environment.
