Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our team and provide exceptional support to our customers.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
About You:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role with a proven track record of success in customer-facing environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage conflict and resolve customer complaints.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required.
  • Degree: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work.
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment.
Benefits:
  • Salary estimate: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
  • Bilingual environment.
