Job SummaryThis is a dynamic role that involves leading and guiding a team of food service staff in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered consistently to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job duties and responsibilities.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and meeting deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 to $40,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide:
