As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our visitors have an unforgettable experience. This position involves registering arriving guests, assigning rooms, and providing them with valuable insights into our hotel facilities and services.
Responsibilities- Guest Registration and Room Assignment: Greet and register incoming guests, assign rooms based on their preferences, and maintain accurate records of room occupancy.
- Facilities and Services Information: Provide guests with comprehensive information about our hotel's amenities, including dining options, recreational activities, and nearby attractions.
- Departure Process and Payment: Efficiently process guest departures, calculate charges, and manage payments in a timely and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of vacant rooms, reservations, and room assignments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and welcoming tone.
