About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Plant Supervisor to join our team at Monte Cristo Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our bakery plant, ensuring that all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our bakery staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Production Planning: Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring that our bakery meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Supervision and Coordination: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our bakery staff, ensuring that work schedules are met and activities are coordinated with other work units.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of our products meets established standards, and implement measures to improve quality and reduce waste.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain bakery equipment and machinery to ensure that they are in good working order and that production processes are running efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related industry
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
