We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Plant Supervisor to join our team at Monte Cristo Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our bakery operations.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to help us understand our operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Productivity and Quality: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring that our bakery operations are running efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies and materials to meet customer demand.
- Machinery Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring that it is properly maintained and that any issues are reported promptly.
- Special Orders: Prepare special orders to meet customer requirements, ensuring that they are completed to a high standard and delivered on time.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
