Key Responsibilities- Staff Training: Instruct employees on their job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
- Reporting: Compile and prepare production reports and other relevant documentation.
- Productivity Improvement: Suggest strategies to enhance efficiency and the quality of baked goods.
- Supervision: Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of the baking team.
- Work Coordination: Develop methods to adhere to production schedules and synchronize tasks with other departments.
- Food Handling Training: Educate staff on the preparation, cooking, and safe handling of food items.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the established quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain baking equipment as required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within a baking or food production environment.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is necessary.
- Work Hours: Expected to work between 30 to 40 hours per week.
