Monte Cristo Bakery Ltd is seeking a dedicated Bakery Plant Supervisor to oversee our production team and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our operations.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within a food production environment
- Conduct training sessions for staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
- Compile and analyze production reports to monitor performance.
- Propose strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of production workers.
- Develop methods to achieve work schedules and synchronize activities with other departments.
- Instruct staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
- Oversee baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage special order requests efficiently.
- Ensure that all products meet established quality standards.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels effectively.
- Operate and maintain production machinery as required.
This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week, conducted in English.
