We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Plant Supervisor to join our team at Monte Cristo Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery facilities and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of competence and compliance.
- Production Planning: Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervision and Coordination: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards and organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Machinery Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
