About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at Monte Cristo Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of baked goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Production: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Baking and Decorating: Bake mixed dough and batters, and frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Operational Efficiency: Draw up production schedules and operate machinery to optimize production efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Prepare special orders and ensure that customer needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Work Setting: Large volume bakery environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
