We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Plant Supervisor to join our team at Monte Cristo Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery plant, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Production Planning: Prepare and implement production schedules, ensuring that all products are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our quality standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring that we have sufficient stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our production team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our production targets.
- Maintenance and Repair: Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and repaired, minimizing downtime and ensuring that our production lines are always operational.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, and that our workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
