At Genuine Comfort, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to drive company growth by expanding our territory and capturing market share.

The ideal candidate will leverage their prospecting skills to identify and engage potential clients, communicate our value proposition, and build a strong book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and close leads by actively closing inbound leads, pursuing qualified outbound leads, and uncovering future new construction projects within your territory.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with existing repeat clients in the PTAC replacement market to ensure retention and ongoing business growth.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, adhering to our response time targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Capture and organize key market and customer data in our CRM system and scorecards.
  • Uncover referrals and testimonials by requesting customer feedback.
  • Participate in selected marketing activities, including attending tradeshows.

You Bring:

  • Experience as a BDR or in inside sales, comfortable using a CRM.
  • Outstanding professional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to build trusting relationships and channel curiosity into asking probing questions.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to make proactive decisions.
