Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at The Leadership Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our ideal customer profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new business opportunities and build relationships with ideal customer profiles
- 100% B2B sales in a high-volume SMB environment
- Successfully qualify leads for the Account Executive team
- Manage 50% inbound and 50% outbound efforts
- Work closely with leadership to align on strategies, guidance, and support
- Attend trade shows across Canada and the US approximately once a quarter
- Play a crucial role in expanding market reach and achieving company revenue goals
- Be a strong ambassador and face of the brand
- Track and report on KPIs and performance
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual who is a natural conversationalist and is not afraid to get outside of their comfort zone. You should have previous outbound sales experience, a strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to travel across Canada and the US once a quarter.

- Experience selling SaaS
