At RhynoCare, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and growing a book of business by strategizing with clients to solve their short and long-term staffing needs.

You will identify and target new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships through high-volume customer touchpoints, primarily calls.

Key responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, and strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.

A high level of alignment with the company's values such as communication, reliability, collaboration, self-development, integrity, respect, and achievement is also required.
