About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Sales & Marketing team at Premier Financial Construction Software.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company by actively engaging with inbound and outbound leads.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for persuasion, and a passion for exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound prospecting generating new business (calls, email, social)
  • Inbound lead qualification and distribution
  • Set qualified introductory discovery meetings within ICP
  • Understand customer pain points and articulate the Premier Financial Construction Software value proposition
  • Achieve targets of qualified opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in B2B sales, telemarketing/phone prospecting, or business development in a high-tech or SaaS industry
  • Ability to build rapport on the phone and in virtual meetings
  • Experience in high-volume outbound sales prospecting
  • Experience with tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Familiar with PC + Microsoft Suite
  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
