Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Part Time Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a key member of our dealership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering and directing calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Minimize customer wait times, ensuring a prompt and efficient experience.
  • Greet showroom customers, assist with basic inquiries, and communicate messages to relevant parties.
  • Update dealership schedules and directories, perform motor vehicle licensing administration, and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.
Requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
  • Reception and/or dealership experience is considered an asset.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude, willing to be trained on motor vehicle licensing.
  • Able to meet deadlines, work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong computer skills, with experience using Google Drive an asset.

Compensation
