Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Part Time Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a key member of our dealership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to showroom customers and respond to incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Minimize customer wait times and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Assist with basic inquiries, communicate messages to appropriate parties, and update dealership schedules and directories.
  • Perform motor vehicle licensing and vehicle inventory administration tasks.
  • Support other related administrative tasks as required by management.
Requirements
  • Availability to work Monday to Thursday 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and every Saturday 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience required.
  • Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to be trained on motor vehicle licensing.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
