Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Part Time Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a key member of our dealership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting customers, and handling administrative tasks.
  • Assist with motor vehicle licensing and vehicle inventory administration.
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.
Requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience required.
  • Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset.
  • Must be team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to be trained on motor vehicle licensing.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

$17.20 per hour.
