We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our team at ANC Solutions. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and directing communications between colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the business development team
  • Taking detailed meeting minutes and filing reports as needed
  • Maintaining an up-to-date database of industry contacts, leads, and competitors
  • Tracking and following up on client inquiries and leads
  • Assisting in maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Ensuring client information is properly documented and confidential
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, social media platforms, and customer engagement strategies
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clerical, secretarial, or administrator office role
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Professional and concise communication skills
  • Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
  • Able to maintain high level of confidentiality

Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
