We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at ANC Solutions. As a leading pre-roll and white label manufacturer in Canada, we partner with Licensed Producers nationwide.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in account management or sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication and Relationship Management:
    • Respond to emails in a timely manner.
    • Oversee communications and relationships between the client and the business.
    • Resolve client issues and complaints as necessary.
    • Understand and effectively communicate client needs and requirements.
    • Build and maintain long-standing professional relationships with clients.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and execute account plans.
    • Negotiate and close deals.
    • Identify new business opportunities for key clients.
    • Develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain and update the license list weekly.
    • Save all documents into appropriate Business Development folder.
    • Keep CRM and Excel spreadsheets up to date.
    • Provide reports of sales data as requested.
  • Coordination and Strategy:
    • Coordinate with other parts of the business, including Operations and Quality Assurance.
    • Ensure the company does not lose clients to its competitors.
    • Stay organized and up to date with the latest cannabis trends and sales.

The successful candidate will possess advanced troubleshooting and communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines, demonstrate leadership in teamwork and complex assignments, and have strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What We Offer:
