As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment and selection process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to effectively recruit and retain top candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with our organization's vision and goals.
  • Coordinate and lead the interview process, ensuring that it is efficient, professional, and compliant with our policies and procedures.
  • Manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment and selection process, utilizing our applicant tracking system to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement recruitment assessment tools that support the selection of the right candidate for the role, based on the required knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to support the completion of our HR Annual Recruitment Report.
Requirements
  • Related post-secondary education in Human Resources.
  • A minimum of three years of human resource experience with a focus on recruitment.
  • Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Registered Professional Recruiter designation (RPR).
