Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of company and business unit HR strategies, programs, and processes.
  • Provide HR advisory support and problem-solving solutions to business leaders within the corporate business functions.
  • Support the Corporate HR Team, recruiters, and business leaders in analyzing compensation and making recommendations.
  • Analyze results of exit interviews, recruitment feedback, and employee surveys to identify people issues and trends and participate in their resolution.
  • Assist in resolving moderately complex employee relations matters.
  • Take the lead in the deployment of HR projects and new policy deployment.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders with various Leaves processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and working experience), preferably with a Human Resources focus.
  • Three to Eight years of HR generalist experience.
  • Experience working with Corporate functions and leaders at all levels across multiple locations and countries in a matrix structure.
  • Strong administration, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with client groups.
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and taking direction from multiple senior leaders.
  • Ability to prioritize often competing demands.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence with good verbal and written communication and advisory skills.
  • Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions, resolve moderately complex decisions, and exercise good judgment on sensitive and confidential issues.
