Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Million Miles Logistics Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our logistics operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics operations, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
