About the Role:

  • You will participate in weekly training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies across various platforms to reach a wider audience.
  • Learn and implement lead generation techniques through social media channels.
  • Conduct structured interviews with candidates and provide guidance to suitable applicants.
  • Facilitate online Q&A sessions and mentor new clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR or a related field.
  • Familiarity with basic social media apps and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing and a passion for personal and leadership development.
