Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at PCL Constructors Inc. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and success
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Lead talent management initiatives to identify, attract, and retain top talent
  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies to improve job satisfaction and retention
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR-related issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of progressive human resources experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and HR strategy
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
