Bakery Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Simply Biscotti. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our bakery team, ensuring the highest quality products are produced, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 bakery personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of the bakery and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and quality expectations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and ordering of supplies.
- Sales and Merchandising: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales of our baked goods.
- Staffing and Training: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
