We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team at 12695430 Canada Inc. Key Responsibilities:- Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production of baked goods, including preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and special customer orders.
- Team Management: Train and supervise a team of bakers, including scheduling staff, inspecting kitchen and food service areas, and ensuring that quality standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies, and organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production.
- Quality Control: Ensure that products meet established standards, and identify and implement improvements to production processes.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Certifications: Baker Trade Certification.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced bakery environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and attention to detail.
