Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Bakery Operations Supervisor to oversee our baking team at 12695430 Canada Inc. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for various baked goods including pies, bread, rolls, and pastries, following established recipes or special customer requests.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Oversee the baking process of mixed dough and batters.
  • Train and mentor staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Manage special orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to maintain efficiency.
  • Create and manage production schedules to meet demand.
  • Ensure product quality meets established standards through regular inspections.
  • Schedule staff shifts to optimize workflow.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas for compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Operate bakery machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of supplies and ingredients.
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 baking staff.
