Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at 2693908 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of 1 to 2 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Perform tasks and duties similar to those of the workers supervised, ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Requisition materials and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory to meet the needs of our guests.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and other stakeholders.
- Accurate, client-focused, and organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
