As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of 1 to 2 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Perform tasks and duties similar to those of the staff supervised, ensuring a thorough understanding of the work.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory to ensure business continuity.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to minimize downtime.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and management.
  • Accurate, client-focused, and organized, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods as required.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 35 to 44 hours per week. The language of work is English.
