Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of 1 to 2 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Perform tasks and duties similar to those of the staff supervised, ensuring a thorough understanding of the work.
- Requisition materials and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory to ensure business continuity.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to minimize downtime.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and management.
- Accurate, client-focused, and organized, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods as required.
This is a permanent position, working 35 to 44 hours per week. The language of work is English.
