Job Overview

The Motel Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily activities and ensuring efficient management of lodging services.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform duties similar to those of the staff being supervised.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of team members.
  • Recruit and train personnel on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as necessary to maintain service continuity.
  • Order materials and supplies to support operations.
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 individuals.
