Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at 2693908 ONTARIO INC.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of 1 to 2 staff members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring the motel's operations run smoothly.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Accurate, client-focused, and organized, with a strong work ethic.
This is a permanent position, working 35 to 44 hours per week. The work language is English.
