Motel Operations Supervisor

The Motel Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily activities within the lodging establishment, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality customer service.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Supervise and perform the same tasks as the staff being managed.
- Coordinate, assign, and evaluate work assignments.
- Recruit and train employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
- Ensure the proper functioning of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as necessary to maintain service continuity.
- Order materials and supplies to support operational needs.
Responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Work Environment- Requires strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be capable of standing for extended periods.
- Demonstrates accuracy and precision in tasks.
- Exhibits a strong client-focused approach.
- Possesses excellent verbal communication skills.
- Shows flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances.
- Highly organized in managing responsibilities.
- Prior experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.
- Employment type: Permanent.
- Working language: English.
- Expected working hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
