About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and direction to a team of 1 to 2 staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary training and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate and assign tasks, review work, and maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Material Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient operation.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
