About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at 2693908 ONTARIO INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of 1 to 2 staff members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring the motel's operations run smoothly.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Accurate, client-focused, and organized, with a strong work ethic.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 35 to 44 hours per week. The work language is English.
