About the Role

Allied Universal is seeking a skilled Janitorial Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and preservation of assigned areas within our buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Empty and clean waste containers, ash trays, and sand urns, and restore sand as required.
  • Dust and clean all image frames, charts, graphs, and wall hangings.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet client specifications and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a janitorial type position.
  • Ability to follow written and oral directions.
  • Flexibility to perform assigned duties per client's specifications.
