Job Summary

Regos Janitorial Service Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Staff Member to join our team. As a Janitorial Staff Member, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners, power sweepers, carpet cleaning machines, polishing machines, waxing machines, and steam cleaners to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers to prevent litter and maintain a clean environment.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
  • Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Transportation: Ensure reliable transportation to and from work sites, as well as the ability to transport equipment and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Work Environment: Office building, various locations, and commercial building.
  • Responsibilities: Work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability.

  • On the Road Job: This position requires frequent travel to various locations.
