Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at Regos Janitorial Service Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office building and other commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse; empty trash cans and other waste containers; wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings; clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Equipment Operation: Use industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, carpet cleaning machines, polishing machines, waxing machines, and steam cleaners to perform cleaning tasks.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own transportation and a valid driver's license are required for this role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads, and be physically demanding; bending, crouching, and kneeling are required.
  • Weight Handling: Lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as part of the job requirements.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organization, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
