About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Janitorial Assistant at Regos Janitorial Service Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office building and various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse; empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Equipment Operation: Use industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, carpet cleaning machines, polishing machines, waxing machines, and steam cleaners to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own transportation and a valid driver's license are required for this role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Weight Handling: Lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as part of your daily duties.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgment, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn is essential.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job, and you will be required to work in various locations, including office buildings and commercial spaces.
