Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Perfect Janitorial Services. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our apartment/condominium complexes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Supervise and perform routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs.
  • Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
  • Security and Safety: Conduct criminal record checks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communication: Work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
