About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Janitorial Assistant at Regos Janitorial Service Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office building and various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners, power sweepers, carpet cleaning machines, polishing machines, and waxing machines to efficiently complete tasks.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Specialized Tasks: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, wash windows, and perform other specialized tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Setting: Office building, various locations, and commercial building.
  • Transportation: Own transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks.
