Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team at the Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Centre as an Administrative Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing accounts receivable, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff
  • Manage accounts receivable, including processing payments and resolving any discrepancies
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Assist with medical and general office duties, as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, accounts receivable, and computer skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Medical or general office experience is an asset
