Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist/Secretary to join our team at the Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Centre. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our medical staff, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
