Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at the Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Centre as an Administrative Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling phone calls
- Process accounts receivable and maintain accurate records
- Perform skilled typing and data entry tasks
- Assist with medical and general office duties as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, accounts receivable, and computer skills
- Medical or general office experience an asset
